Before Hurricane Katrina even hit our area Restech was in touch with me. I remember being on the phone with both Troy and Bert on Saturday, August 27th, capturing a backup of our system onto our external drive to take out of town during evacuation. At the time of the Hurricane our servers were located in our Metairie office. Once the storm passed, some of our attorneys had been able to gain access to our Metairie office and move our servers to our Covington office. When all of phones were still down in our area, I was able to text message Troy and set up a time for us to meet to modify our system to operate in Covington (we had to keep our entire firm operational in our Covington office when Metairie was closed for business). Troy and James were right there when I needed them to ensure our business was operational just a week after the storm! We feel quite fortunate to have Restech on our recovery team. Even though most of them were affected by the storm personally, they were right there, working long hours, when we needed them most.
Thank you Restech!

I can’t say enough about the Restech team’s response to Hurricane Katrina. They literally saved our business by rescuing our 2nd floor servers from the waters on Tulane Avenue to two separate “safe” locations during our transition from evacuation to temporary offices. We were up and running our business remotely on our servers within two weeks of the storm. Later they expedited and installed cabling and phone systems in our temporary offices and stuck with us until everything was up and running perfectly. They are an amazing team! When Mother Nature hits this city with its greatest disaster------Who ya going to call? RESTECH!

Hurricane Katrina crippled many businesses’ ability to function when power and internet access were knocked out in the Greater New Orleans area. ResTech responded to our needs before the storm by assisting us in relocating our entire set of servers to a secure facility in Texas. The relocation took place two days before Katrina hit New Orleans and our firm never lost a day of productivity due to the computer system being down. ResTech’s 24/7 availability made an extremely difficult situation bearable.

Dear Restech,
Too often the efforts and services of a technology partner who has shown an exceptional interest in the performance of their client go unnoticed. In today's economic climate, it is more important than ever to recognize the components of success and the contributions of Restech Information Services to our company have played a pivotal role in Lagasse exceeding our goals year after year.
Restech first began working with Lagasse in 1996, installing our first local area network and assisting in the design and implementation of our technology infrastructure across the country. Over the course of the last five years, Restech has continued to provide unparalleled service and support instrumental in growing our business over 800% since those humble beginnings. We now have distribution facilities in twenty-six different geographies and projected revenues in excess of $1 billion dollars by 2006.
In a time when most companies are adhering to strategies that involve retreating to positions of uncertainty, we are continuing to invest in every aspect of our business, penetrating even more distribution channels and increasing our competitive advantage. We can do this because of our confidence in partners like Restech Information Services.
Sincerely,
Matthew Goldsby
Vice President, Information Systems

Dear Restech,
I just wanted to let know that I'm very happy with your company's service in all areas. I can't always get involved in all the details of a problem when it comes up because of my workload and responsibilities in other areas. That situation is not going to improve, which forces me to surround myself with a team of intelligent, trustworthy people to handle certain problems with little or no involvement from me at certain times. I hope you can continue to be a part of the "Walle Team" for years to come.
I have enjoyed working with you this year and look forward to more of the same in 2003.

Dear Restech,
This letter is to thank you for your prompt response to our service call on March 9, 2001 and to commend your technician, Tony Carrier, for a job will done. We appreciate his going above and beyond the call of duty by coming out "after hours" on a Friday evening. We also appreciate the speed and efficiency with which he fixed our internet problem.
As it can be crippling to our business when our computer systems are not working properly, it is reassuring to know that there is a company such as your out there willing to offer prompt attention to our problems. Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,

Thanks for your help and support so far in this project. It is a pleasure for me to finally find a company that I can depend on, and are experienced in the areas I need help on. I was very impressed with watching Troy work up here, both with his knowledge and professionalism. My only regret that I was not able to participate in the set up in our Harvey office.
Again, it has been a pleasure working with you and your company, and I look forward to working with you in the future.

To Restech
I have not been dealing with Restech for too long, but in the time that I have, they have been nothing but helpful.
We recently switched our phone lines and Internet service to Madison River. Madison River mainly deals with telephones, so when it came time to configure our computers for the Internet, they did not know what they needed to do. Through many phone calls and much prodding, Bruce Bracey and Ricardo Mesa were able to get the information from Madison River that was needed to get our Internet service up and running.
As Ricardo and Bruce are working on our computers, they both take the time to explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. I appreciate the time they take as I have learned a lot from them.
Sincerely,
Leann Frank

This letter is to extend my appreciation for the "service above and beyond the call of duty" from one of your employees, Brian Brignac. Brian is not only knowledgeable in what he does but is truly customer service oriented.
In the process of installing our computers, we were attempting to have "Ma Bell" provide us with internet access. No one at Bell South seemed able to tell us why the lines had been run and we did not have a router installed. Since computer language is Greek to me, Brian stepped up to the plate on behalf of Title Max, Inc., spoke Ma Bell's language, and was able to determine that what Bell proposed was an ISDN line which was strictly for their benefit and my excess cost! Brian, at my instruction, canceled the order with Bell, contacted another service for the internet and professionally handled all the details to get us up and running. My expertise is in the title and closing business, not communications technology. The bottom line is that without Brian's help, I would have been paying far too much for phones, internet, etc. etc.
This story could go on forever, as Brian has since called on us to be sure all equipment was in working order and to our satisfaction. He has secured a phone system, service and just yesterday was able to save us additional dollars on the purchase of a new check printer. I assure you that I have become a customer of your company and will remain so as I truly appreciate working with a company who provides dedication and a sense of service.
Sincerely,
Artie Baehr
